If you are over the age of 19 do not bother to apply to this company. For a large multinational company I am shocked that they openly adopt a policy of discriminating against candidates solely because of their age. I was asked on four separate occasions if I had issues working with people younger than me and also how I would react working for a younger boss. Well for this joke company's information I have worked in the pension industry for many years working with and for younger people.
Prior to the interview I told some woman called Patricia that I was only interested in remote working which I was told would be ok yet in the interview I was told I would be able to work from home twice a week. Why lie to candidates I could of saved their and more importantly my time. I was promised a call back to let me know how I got on yet I received an email at 17.03 on Monday. No courtesy and gutless who advertise for English speakers but don't want English people
