The worse candidate experience!!
Once I applied for the job posting, I received an email inviting me to an interview through Hire View. This system just makes you feel that you just not worth a real conversation with a recruitment manager. Huge red flag for them as an employer. In addition the ghosted me every single time I try to follow up on my application. stay away from employers who don't show any respect for candidates
