Applied online. Received an impromptu call a few weeks later from a member of the team asking if I could do a phone interview at that very instance. This was a huge red flag, but I entertained the call. I didn't hear back for a month, then received another call from the same team member asking me to come in for a 3 hour panel interview and Excel test. Majority of the team was easygoing and I enjoyed my conversations with them. However, the last 2 senior associates that I spoke to were extremely condescending and made unprofessional political, racial, and social remarks. They tried to play it off as corporate banter, but I was left extremely uncomfortable. One even felt the need to comment on how they found all young people to be "snowflakes". If this was any indication of the environment in which I would be working in, I am extremely happy to have passed on this opportunity.

Quick call with a recruiter first to explain the role and to know you. Follows with an interview with some seniors and a roleplay case. Lastly there is a third interview more informal with two people from the office.
