1 hour phone interview, 30 minutes with HR and 30 minutes with the Health and Benefits team. Only one round. I interviewed for the Beijing office Intern. 30 minutes was an English interview the other 30 minutes was in Chinese. It was important to be able to communicate in both and have written and reading skills in both languages. Business terms were not necessary to know in Chinese.
