On-campus interview with two actuaries. They came to our school as part of a career fair and since we were three hours away they held interviews on-site and we had to apply ahead of time to be selected.

Two interviews as well as a test delivered in Excel. The test is pretty straightforward but it’s worth to review some formulas and shortcuts. Interviewers are friendly and they do really want to know you more as a person.
