The first roll was group interview with ten candidates. Ten candidate were divided into two group and the interviewer gave us a case background. Two group need to discuss this case and give their own solusions.

Give a suggestion to your customer under their budget and demand
Drawn out and people seemed unhappy. Didn’t get offer until months after I had final interview. I declined because I had accepted an opportunity some where else. I did not have a great experience with the recruitment team at Mercer.
one case question, pretty easy, some behavioural questions, asking about how you deal with stress and your experience about working with other people
there are also some basic questions. For example, she asked me when will I graduate and what is my plan after university
