Applied through University recruiting. First interview was at campus going over resume, some behavior questions, and a question about my values. Final round at the branch I was applying to. Two-two person 1 hour interviews trying to get a sense of who I was and my fit within the organization. Behavioral questions + situational and also asked if I had excel/ppt experience.

Very smooth interview process, 3 people interviewing me for 45 minutes. Very conversational, and they open up the floor for questions early on. Want to get to know you, not technical. Know about what mercer does and why mercer/health and benefits

The interview process was fairly straightforward. I knew what to expect for each round. The interviewers were also very kind, felt more like a conversation than a one-way interview. Any questions I had they were more than happy to answer and I heard back relatively quickly.
