Very rigorous interview process: multiple phone interviews with employees at all levels of the group, followed by a full-day on-site interview. Many potential candidates interviewed. The team clearly takes the hiring process very seriously, but also came across as a fun place to work, emphasizing these most frequent positive attributes: great people to work with and flexibility.

This was an online interview out of college. Very behavioral based questions. This consisted of video recordings with a limited number of takes allowed for each response. Nothing very technical was required

Simple 5 or 6 questions, half behavioural half industry related. 2 interviewers, both asked questions equally. Atmosphere was as expected, and somewhat friendly towards asking them questions, but I would say don’t ask more than 1.
