I came in an acquisition so no employment interview. There was a rather intimidating round of meetings with various executives in which they were clearly evaluating each of us to decide if they wanted to keep us.

I have had three 1:1 Interviews. Each interviewer was on time, they were engaged, and did not make me feel like I was being interrogated. I also appreciated that I was treated as an equal, and did not feel as though people were down-talking me. The interviews did not make assumptions about what I knew, or use company jarragon that an external person wouldn't know.
