First round phone with HR, then phone with line manager, Finally onsite final round with another line manager and head. The HR is quite helpful in helping following the whole process.

An initial phone screening then a 30 minute meeting with the hire manager. After the initial interviews, a quick meeting with a team member that include all the basic interview questions.
