They sent me an e-mail about the date of the phone interview. We set the date and the time and they called me exactly at that time. They were very very kind. They told me about the position and organization within the factory. Then they asked me some personal questions and some questions about the position. The interview took app. 25 minutes. And they sent me the next mail within two weeks, telling me if I got the job or not.
