I got an email within two weeks saying I’d made it through and then arranging an assessment centre date, when I arrived it was a very calm atmosphere and very relaxed, due to applying as an apprentice the questions were very basic & there was no right or wrong. I came in half way after everyone else and had to join in which I found a little unfair & difficult as it was straight into the group activity which was hard to put your input into due to it being a very minimised activity and one of the guys taking over who had applied last year also. I’d 100% agree to always put in your input like I didn’t and now wish I did and pushed past my anxiety. But overall the practicals & interviews were calm and easy and the tour was amazing.
