Three interviews total: a team leader technical interview, a Support and Development manager focusing on processes, and an implementation director. The entire interview process lasted approximately three months from start to finish. The final interview was from the implementation director, asking about the process of the current company I'm working for and comparing it with Mercans process, which I find confusing. After completing the team lead and manager interviews, the recruiter unexpectedly requested another interview even though the contract had already been provided.
