Standard phone interview. 30 minutes, basic questions. The experience was bad because I still have not heard back from the recruiter. Obviously, I didn't get the position (I've accepted another offer since then), but I would at least like one of those automated "Sorry, you didn't get the job" e-mails. I even called and left the recruiter a message following up on our talk. Still waiting to hear back...
