Three rounds of interviews, 1st with HR, 2nd with the Directors, and 3rd with the team lead. Before my final interview with Cisco Meraki, I asked the HR person about salary and if there was any negotiation on the base salary as it was a little below my expectations. He did not enjoy this and said to me specifically that I clearly "do not understand the culture and values of Meraki" and gave me a very strong "take it or leave it attitude". He ended the call telling me that he was feeling very frustrated at the questions I was asking him, and I shouldn't be asking about the rate, and grateful that I even made it that far with no prior IT product sales experience. Long story short. I finished the 3rd interview, and after all the times I spent interviewing and spending my time with these guys, I have not received any feedback about the outcome of my application. I don't believe one bad experience with one person represents the whole company, but in my experience with Meraki Cisco I was definitely burned.
