Was reached out to by an internal recruiter. Had a wonderful conversation and did a great job of screening for the role. Was scheduled for an interview with the Director of End User Support. It was an odd interview, with not many qualifying questions asked, and was mostly fluff. I got the impression the decision was already made, but the interview was still conducted to appease upper leadership perhaps. The saddest part of the interview process, which is the antithesis of what they claim their culture is, I was ghosted after my last interview - which speaks to what their culture truly is like. I dodged a bullet not moving forward further.
