The company's Fun Hat DNA is well incorporated into its identity and is truly shown beginning with the interview process. Their approach is hire personality, train, and retain. Everyone is supportive from the get go.

It was a professional and straightforward process. The initial interview is by phone, followed by 2-3 Web Videos with a presentation as a final step in the process.
The recruiter was very easy to talk to and it felt right.

Incredibly, took only 9 days from when I first spoke with the recruiter to when I received a job offer. Truly an outstanding candidate experience throughout.
I met with the recruiter on a Tuesday, the hiring manager on Wednesday, a Success Coach on Thursday, a veteran Client Partner the following Monday, had my final round/presentation on Thursday, and received the offer Friday.
I honestly can't think of a single negative thing about my experience as a candidate. I felt extremely well attended to, got a strong sense of the culture and how I might fit into the team from my peer interviews, and was impressed with the level of knowledge and transparency from the hiring manager in response to any of my questions. I could tell that MentorcliQ cares about its employees, has a tremendously success business model, and heavily values authenticity and work-life balance.
I can't speak highly enough of this company and their culture (at least, from my experience as a potential hire). If it weren't for a simply unbelievable offer from another company, I would have accepted their offer without hesitation.
