I initially applied online through Menchies website, two weeks later I received a voice mail that the Owner reviewed my application and would like to set up an interview. The interview was se for five days after the phone call, and I arrive 15 minutes early. I then was called in and I initially handed him a copy of my resumee, in which he was quite impressed with. He questioned me about my previous wprk experience, why I was applying if I had not quit my previous job. I explained how I disagreed with their value o speed over quality in the in-store managment at my previous job. I then was told that this place of employment could be the same since it is franchised. He then told me there are three things he enjoys focusing on which are: all in store customization choices, hiring rhe right employees, then makin aure employees are motivated. He listed qualities and said they are only for certain people, and i totally agreed. He said he enjoyed the interview which was about 50 minutes and asked for references which i sent him. I have not heard back and I'm disappointed but everythin happens for a reason.

The interview was a Group interview and was very relaxed. We went around the table answering the questions, and every candidate there was extremely nice. The process was pretty quick, and I heard back soon after.
