The process was pretty basic and simply. I had one in person interview with generic questions before being hired, but I also had relatives already working at that location so they knew of me prior.

Overall my interview at Menard's was a very laid back interview, I was hired on the spot. They asked basic behavioral questions like what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses, tell me about yourself, etc.
The interview process was in my opinion very simple and straightforward. I was asked lots of questions about myself as a worker. They go over your work history and ask why you would be a good fit for the job. They also ask a lot of what if questions or what would you do in this scenario.

Filled out application in person. Talked with the HR manager about the position and what they were looking for. He asked a few very basic questions and then I was given an offer on the spot.
