Entrevista
I applied for the Wardrobe Consultant position through the Men's Wearhouse website. Within one week, I was contacted by the district manager. I had an interview the next day. It was a simple interview.
Here's where the problems start. First of all, he was 45 minutes late to the interview. I understand things happen sometimes, but he didn't let me know he was going to be late and he didn't apologize for it when he finally did arrive. After the interview, he told me he was going to talk to the store managers of the stores in the area to see where they had openings and he would call me by the end of the week (I interviewed on a Tuesday). I never heard from him again. I called the next week to check on the status of the job and had to leave a message. It's now almost two months later and I have never gotten any reply.
If I wasn't the right fit for the position, that's fine. But please don't lie about letting me know your decision.
Process went smoothly. Staff were friendly and helpful, as well as informative. The work environment during orientation was also hospitable. For those looking for part-time work, I encourage you to consider Men's Wearhouse.

Sales experience and approach to customer service.
I spoke for 30 minutes with the AM and Store Manager in the back room about my experience and what they were looking for and what to expect from the job.
One-on-one interview with the site manager. Went through comprehensive questions to understand each other. They were very interested in learning your past experience. Very welcoming and kind. After the interview, there was about a week between before getting hired.
