There were two group interviews. During these interviews, we discussed the role responsibilities, availability of work, pay rate, qualifications, opportunities for advancement, and company culture. There were very few questions asked of me, due to the strength of my resume. The interview was more informative about the role. They spent most of the time confirming if I was comfortable with the limited hours and responsibilities of the role. I was given the opportunity to ask questions. It felt like a conversation.
