I received a phone call from the HR Recruiter. She gave me information about the internship and offered me a chance to interview. The interview took about 30 minutes. This was a panel interview with Human Resources and five other Nurse Managers from various units. They asked more situational and behavioral questions.

Fairly easy, typically graduate nurse interview. Tell me about yourself, situation questions. Contract will be sent within a couple of days and you only have a few days to make a decision on the offer

I applied online, a few weeks later was asked to answer some behavioral assessment questions, then was invited to Match Day for an Interview. Heard back within one week. The interviewer was amazing and made me feel very comfortable!

Entrevista
I interviewed virtually for the PICU at children's memorial hermann. Interview lasted 15 minutes w/ panel of 4 including managers and educators. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable by tailoring behavioral questions to correlate with my experiences on my resume.
