Received a phone call from a recruiter. After the initial screening call, I completed an online personality profile assessment. 1.5 weeks later I went for the in-person interview with the manager and the team for a group interview. I was requested to come in for a second interview 2 weeks later (on a Friday). The following Monday I received an offer letter.

Very informative and educational. The HR contact reached out via email and set up the interview meeting based on availability of all parties. The first round of interview was with the department director and the second round with panel of department players.
