Applied online and got called back for Match Day, which is MH's strategy of interviewing many graduates at once. Personality quiz is to be taken before Match Day. Waited to be called with several people for a group interview in the unit I was interested in. Had friendly interviewers and was asked some behavioral questions.

Fairly easy, typically graduate nurse interview. Tell me about yourself, situation questions. Contract will be sent within a couple of days and you only have a few days to make a decision on the offer

I applied online, a few weeks later was asked to answer some behavioral assessment questions, then was invited to Match Day for an Interview. Heard back within one week. The interviewer was amazing and made me feel very comfortable!

Entrevista
I interviewed virtually for the PICU at children's memorial hermann. Interview lasted 15 minutes w/ panel of 4 including managers and educators. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable by tailoring behavioral questions to correlate with my experiences on my resume.
