Completed a phone interview and was asked to send my references an online form to complete. I followed up 2 weeks later after receiving no communication. I received no response to my email. 5 weeks after that I received an email stating I wasn’t selected. I never heard from the recruiter again after the phone interview; only a declination email 7 weeks later.
