Went through 3 rounds:
Initial recruiter interview.
One-hour Zoom interview with a manager.
and then an In-person one-hour interview with same manager.
Received an automated rejection email after three rounds of interviews, stating they chose another candidate.
I later noticed the exact position was reposted on LinkedIn the following day, leading me to feel misled about the outcome.
Unfortunately, I did not receive any concrete feedback after this five-week process. In my 15+ years of professional experience, this has been one of the most poorly handled interview processes I’ve encountered. I hope they provide transparent and respectful communication in the future. Please Do better.
