I applied online and sent my resume with cover letter. A few days after, I received an email with invitation to a zoom interview. It was a pleasant interview that lasted about 20-25 minutes.

Where do you see yourself in the next 3-5 years? What would you say makes the customer experience exceptional?
I had two interviews over Zoom. Both were very straight forward and asked a lot about how I would go about styling for customers and handle customer interactions. They also asked about weekend availability as that is important in retail.
2x interview. With the store manager & regional manager online. Roughly 30 minutes each. Standard behavioural-style interview questions, open to chats and questions. Relatively average difficulty with the preparation research of the company/ brand value.

Describe a time you had to manage a hectic situation.
The process was slow but straightforward. They asked typical retail questions. if you have any experience, make sure to reference that. Make sure to learn about Mejuri’s brand story and founder because they might bring that up. there are multiple rounds.
