Poor Experience - Believe the bad reviews.
I didn’t want to believe the bad reviews until I found out for myself which is unfortunate because I had high expectations.
The interviewer was very unprofessional from beginning to end. I would like to think that for a company that portrays an inclusive, welcoming culture, this would translate to their behaviour towards you. As an employee, you are a reflection of the brand. First impressions are everything.
Advice to management: Invest in proper HR. Execution of your values needs improvement.

It was a pretty straightforward interview. Spoke with the store and district manager. They both talked about their experiences at the company as well as asked questions regarding mission of the brand and hypothetical question about what I would do to get a sale.

Was contacted for the first round of interviews. Very personable, but in depth! Looking for people who are value customer connection over sales and a personal story to the brand philosophy.
