HR Phone screening -> In-Person Interviews (all the same day with 3-4 groups of people) -> Conditional job offer -> Background checks -> HR Orientation -> Team orientation -> Start work
The interview is very efficient, as they have team members and middle/upper management all come in the same day. At the same time, it can be exhausting, since it's about half a day of interviews back-to-back. Overall, their interview was a great experience for me.
