Got a phone calling asking if you would like to work. Basic eligibility questions and asked if I shopped there before in the past. When going in for in person interview they hired me on the spot and had to shadow a person the day of.

very friendly, and comfortable. Managers were extremely friendly and personable. They treated you with respect and were exceptionable amicable. They provided very detailed information regarding expectations on the job.
they gave me one quick screener phone interview. Later I was interviewed by two managers at the same time in the store. Then I was brought back in to talk to store director.

There was a two part interview process, I ended up doing both the same day. Overall the process was fairly easy and they offered me the job right on the spot.
