Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Medtronic (Atlanta, GA) en oct 2015
Entrevista
Had an initial typical phone interview. Then they came to campus and we had 2 interview with 2 teams. Each team consisted of 3 people, 1 of the teams included the guy who created the program. They messed up my interview slot but were accommodating and flexible. They asked typical questions and wanted stories in detail, i.e. explain a time when you had to deal with someone that was troublesome and unyielding (paraphrased). They had a pretty fast turnaround afterwards but led us to believe that was the final round but they continued on with more detailed phone interviews.
Relaxed first and second round interviews - there were simple behavioral questions (tell me about a time when...). It was definitely more for the interviewers to get to know you, as they were likely to retain an associate from the group. There were no trick questions or case questions for either 1st or 2nd round.

Again, nothing unexpected. Basic behavioral questions. Tell me about when you encountered a challenge working in a team and how you dealt with it, etc.

1:1 interview with talent recruitment manager. The interview was on campus and consisted in:
- Questions about my past work experience
- Reasons why I pursued an MBA
- Reasons why I applied to Medtronic
- Personality and skills questions
There was no case to solve. The full interview process was in 3 rounds but I did not go beyond the 1st one. I got a feedback from the interviewer 2 months later (!!!) who told me that I lacked experience in Sales & Marketing for this rotation program.

Coming from a small company, how do you think you would fit in a large company like Medtronic?
