straightforward and efficient from the begining to notification. I received phone call from HR for half an hour interview. The following day I received the email for onsite interview schedule. The onsite interview was scheduled a week later and took a half day. I met with director, manager and rHR.

The interview was with one person. They were very nice. They asked the standard behavioral questions, so they could assess how I would fit into the role and the environment.

Interview isn't technical but more behavioral based. I think the questions were fairly general and a good grasp of team work skills. multiple rounds, SMART Technique for answering the questions
