They expected me to have answers to some of their issues in the interview. I was able to successfully provide them with some opportunities for improvement.
Process was full of questions related to basic engineering. During the facility tour I was asked questions like what do you see is wrong and how would you fix it.

There were several behavioral type questions asked during the panel interview. There were also several personality questions asked to see if I was a good fit with the management staff.
