It was a quick and easy process they didnt string me along. Phone screen, Interview with DM, the interview with DM and their manager. I got offered the job a week later.

I honestly have no idea where to start other than that I was disappointed. A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a 1-1 interview at a certain day and time. We exchange contact info and have it locked down in the books.
Day of the Interview/phone call comes. Silence. No phone call, no response, no "lets reschedule." I reached out to them asking why they might've have missed our meeting and received no response. Frankly disappointed. For a company that boasts core values of recognizing "the personal worth of all employees," and maintaining "good citizenship as a company," I am disrespected to have observed the exact opposite. Do better
