Initial phone screen with HR, on-site behavioral interview over 5 hours with 6 associated team members. The on-site interview was all STAR format questions with a very fixed time for each interview. Each interviewer had been given 3-4 STAR questions to complete which left no time to actually discuss job responsibilities, team dynamic, or work environment. This was one of the weirdest interviews I have ever been a part of. I walked away having no feel for the job, so I wasn't disappointed when I got the rejection form letter.

This was one of the most disappointing interviews I ever had. The recruiter was absolutely unprepared, as if it was her target for the day to make a call and she made it; without being interested at all. There were no specific questions, she just read the requirements that were posted in the job description and seemed to tick a box whether I fulfilled the requirement or not. There was one point I didn't understand and asked for clarifications, but she had absolutely no clue, so she just skipped it. It was obvious she never looked through my CV as she asked questions about aspects that were clearly stated in there. In the end she didn't even ask about salary expectations or notice period, which is usually asked at interviews. I believe the next day she didn't even remember speaking to me. Maybe that is why I never heared back from her. It was a total disappointment. The internaction with her really deteriorated the company's image.
