Interviewer was very intelligent and had amazing communication skills and way of explaining things, it went one like a little training session and one on one discussion. Because I was looking for a job focusing first on application and technical part and then sales while they needed a hard-core sales person who could do some technical discussion as well. Within 5-10 minutes we knew that we can't offer each other which is required. But overall a nice experience.

It was personnel and telephonic Interview. Conducted various background check ups. Evaluated various testing Knowledge namely Integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing and unit testing.Make sure that data loads at expected time frame to improve scalability and performance
