Had two interviews before a final offer was extended. Was asked about salary range in first interview and was assured both parties were in agreement. Lowballed final offer and was unwilling to meet in the middle to their original offer.

Applied online. About a week later, I was sent an email containing an invite for a phone screen with an HR recruiter. That was scheduled the next day. I then was invited for another meeting, this time with the hiring director and another employee. This was conducted on Microsoft Teams. I received an offer about 3 weeks later,
