Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted by HR to set up a phone interview around a week later. The phone interview with HR was straight forward and lasted approximately 30 minutes with standard questions asking about my background and STAR questions. I heard back around a week later to be invited to a face to face at the Stirling office with the director and associate director of the department. Again, easy enough questions in the usual STAR format. Heard back a week later and was offered the job.

- Tell us about a time you encountered a problem and what did you do
- Tell us about a time you had to prioritise your work

Interview with two members of the team followed by HR interview. All team members were great! Review MedPace website before interviewing. Overall a great experience and have recommended several friends apply here
Told me about the job, asked if I had any questions, then went straight down my CV and asked me to describe the experiences. Very “HR” and no behavioral questions in this first round.

Contacted by recruiter shortly after attending recruiting event. Interviewed by friendly team and HR. Interview questions were standard and interview process went smoothly overall. Currently pending response from the employer.
