Phone interview with HR followed by in person. Interview with management. It was very personable and professional. Rather than ask standard interview questions I felt as though we were getting to know one another professionally to see if the position was a good fit. I was impressed with their progressive style of interviewing prospective employees.

I went to a Recruiting event, got invited in for an interview for a QA position and was interviewed by several different very friendly people. About a week after my interview, a gentleman from HR called and asked if I would be more interested in a Medical Technologist position which was open, I said yes, went back, interviewed again, and was offered a position a few days later. During both interviews and the recruiting event, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. The interviews felt very professional and I felt like they were checking to see if I had the skills for the job rather than grilling me.
