I interviewed with 6 individuals, beginning with an HR rep and then 5 other members of the department including associates, managers, directors and Vice President of The department. Very casual, no situational based questions, mainly questions regarding my work style, resume and where I hope to go.

I applied on Medpace webiste and was invited to a interview with the talent acquisition partner 2 weeks later. The interview was all in English and I was asked about my previous experience, how I knew about the opportunity and the company, my thoughts about safety and why I would like to work in this area. On the same day, I received approval for the next interview with the manager. The interview with the managers was also in English and divided in 3 parts: questions about my career, questions about behaviors and situations that I went through, and an activity that simulate some of the tasks of the job position (detail attention).
