The interview process begins with an assessment that must be completed within a given time-frame. If the assessment meets their expectations, candidates are invited to take a written exam. Following the written exam, a technical interview is conducted. Finally, the selected candidate is hired if expectations align on both sides.

How would you manage your projects and collaborate with the team?
The interview was so-so; there were not enough experienced people on the team. After answering most backend questions, they started questioning about some deep JS questions, which were not in the requirements for the backend position. Later, they played lowball about the salary.
The hiring process involves completing a simple task that includes diagram design, descriptive solutions, and some problem-solving, followed by a face-to-face interview and finally a concluding discussion with the company’s CEO.
