Open office floor layout - noisy and chaotic...at one point, a guy circled the floor hitting a tone and little idea what it meant. Interviewing exec concentrated on cramming in a standard list of questions and jotting down notes. Came across as biased and judging. Did not speak to role specifics. Was uncomfortable explaining recent history of company in regards to layoffs and profit model.
