I applied Online for a Junior position in Performance Marketing. I got a reply back in less than a week with an assignment. I got then contacted again for a Skype interview with the Head of Performance Marketing, who was very nice. His questions were complex and included brain teasers. It is not about the exact answer but to show your problem-solving process. I then got to the next stage, a face-to-face interview with the COO, and afterwards with the Head of Talent Management and Head of SEO & Affiliates. Both interviews took 1-1,5 hours with straightforward questions. The last step was a brief Skype interview with the CEO. He was very friendly and made me laugh, so the atmosphere was again relaxed but professional. All in all, it was a long process but the whole team was very professional and respectful. They all are very nice (no good and bad cop-strategy) and they try to make you comfortable the whole time. Something that I particularly liked also, is that they reply to your e-mail and queries very quickly.
