It was basically non existent. I called them for a follow up on my application and they offered me a job, but I declined. It felt very off and considering the pay I’m glad I said no

It was a bit awkward not having the interviewer looking at you as you were answering questions because they were writing down answers. Asked tough questions that I was not expecting or prepared for.
