I had a 30 Minute phone interview with COO. He gave me tips on how to do well on the formal interview, and gave some background knowledge on the company. He also asked me general interview questions. I then had a formal interview with the Office manager, and then the COO himself afterwards. Both of them were very easy going and asked typical interview questions. The interview was so easy going that it felt like I was just having a friendly conversation with them. At the end of the interview I was told that other people with actual experience had applied for the job. The COO then said "I have a good feeling about you though." Everyone there was aware that I had no office or data entry experience, so that comment was greatly appreciated. Two days after my birthday I was hired!
