Reached out to by recruiter who then put me in touch with the hiring manager. Was onsite the following week. I thought it went well but they seemed totally unprepared. For such a technical role, the interviews were really just conversations. A few stepped in, asked one or two questions and then would ask if I had any questions for them. Total softball questions from most of the panel. One person on my schedule couldn’t make it and an associate director stepped in to ask some of the most incoherent questions I’ve ever been subjected to. I left that day being told someone would be in touch soon because they want to move quickly. Radio silence from them, even after I reached out asking for updates a week later. The kicker is I received an email a month later from the SAME recruiter saying they were looking for people with my experience and to please call them if interested.

Easy to the point screening call with meeting either director and VP. Then had a task to present to the team and answer questions. Questions were straight forward about past experience.
