I had applied for the role of QA Engineering Manager in Nov 2022 1. 1st round of interview with Senior Manager which lasted for 30 min. (first week of Nov 2022). 2. 2nd round of interview with Senior QA Manager which lasted for 1 hour. (second week of Nov 2022). 3. 3rd round of interview with automation engineer's lasting 1 hour (third week of Nov 2022). The interview process is slow and it took almost a month for 3 rounds with constant follow up with the HR. Cleared all the round and waited for more than 1 week to just receive the mail stating that the position is no more available and that it has been filled internally. Treating candidate as a joke and wasting there time and effort is something which can be best describe as an unorganised and chaotic practise. Hope this review helps candidate to gauge what they are getting into.
