I was excited about this company. I was contacted by the recruiter and scheduled an initial phone screening. I was moved on to the next phase and had an interview with the person I would be replacing because she was being promoted. During that interview she wanted to give me control of her screen and perform an excel test but there was some technical issues and we weren’t able to do it. The recruiter reached out to me via email letting me know that phase of the interview was very positive and she wanted to interview with the director, etc. Before I could response the recruiter called me and also text me a couple of times. I scheduled my next interview and during that was able to get the excel test completed. The interviewers gave me very positive feed back. The next Monday I hadn’t received any other feedback from the recruiter so I sent a follow up, I received no reply. A few days later I called the recruiter and left a voicemail following up and also backed that up with an email. Never received a call back or a reply to any of my emails. I felt like some type of follow up communication could have been sent either way. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
