MechDS had a pretty streamlined interview process. I had an initial call with the CEO for about 30 minutes. We discussed the role, as well as expected timeframes, compensation, work structure, and more. A week later, a call with the CEO, the BD lead, and myself was had where we discussed the role and expectations in more detail.
