Online interview and activities reviewed by an AI, followed by In person interview if successful first round. The first round was clear, high tech and easy to follow. Heaps of interesting questions.
The second was a mess. The regional manager was late. Unorganized with only a scribbly notebook. No questions prepped. My CV did not seem to be reviewed. The questions were vague and broad. Bad mouthing the current Managers of the business and not interested in my answers other than ideas from my current employer. Also took 3 months and 2 follow ups to even get a response.
Total three rounds, the whole process was quite efficient. includes face to face interviews and online tests. The tests aren’t very hard, more like games. The recorded interviews are harder to prepare for

Was quite easy, if you have retail and management experience it’s nothing too difficult. Just be yourself and make sure you are well presented. Stand out but don’t talk over others or overtake group activities. Show you are a team player
